Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixels — work in comparable ways. This policy covers all of them.

How we use them

We group cookies into three categories. Only the first is switched on automatically.

Strictly necessary (always on)

These make the site work and cannot be turned off. They include your booking session, security and anti-fraud checks (including our CAPTCHA provider, Cloudflare Turnstile), and remembering the choices you make in this banner.

If you start a booking, we store your guest session in your browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't lose your progress. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics (with your permission)

Google Analytics helps us understand how people move through the site — which steps are confusing, where people stop. We never send your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details to analytics.

Advertising (with your permission)

We advertise Klina online. These cookies let us measure which ads lead to real bookings, so we don't waste money showing ads to people they aren't relevant to.

Your choices

Analytics and advertising cookies stay disabled until you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode, so if you decline, those tags are blocked from writing cookies rather than simply being asked not to.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will bring the banner back on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser — the booking flow will still work, though we won't be able to measure how well it's performing.
