This Privacy Policy explains how Klina collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when people use the Klina marketplace, mobile apps, websites, backend services, payment flows, provider tools, admin tools, customer support, safety features, and related services.
Klina is a global services marketplace. We connect clients who need services with independent providers who can perform those services. Because Klina operates a marketplace, the backend is the source of truth for bookings, payments, wallets, escrow, provider matching, identity verification, safety events, disputes, notifications, and financial records.
This policy is intended to describe Klina's privacy practices in a clear way. It is not legal advice. Before publishing this policy publicly, Klina should review it with qualified legal counsel for each launch market.
1. Who We Are
Klina is operated by Gethsemane Technologies, trading as Klina, unless a different legal entity is stated in the app, website, or contract for your country.
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at:
Email: hello@getklina.app
If Klina appoints a data protection officer, EU/UK representative, Nigerian data protection contact, or other local privacy representative, those details will be added to this policy or provided in the app.

- Providers who offer or perform services.
- People who create accounts, contact support, receive notifications, or interact with Klina.
- Admin users and internal users who access Klina operational tools.
- Visitors to Klina websites or pages connected to the marketplace.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages, identity verification pages, bank pages, app stores, or services that are not controlled by Klina. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Klina's pricing systems are designed not to use protected characteristics such as race, religion, ethnicity, health status, or similar sensitive traits to set prices. Pricing decisions are based on service, location, timing, complexity, availability, market conditions, safety, profitability, and operational factors.
